Unbalanced Type 3 Phase Stabilizer |
|
This type of stabilizer is more
versatile and is the most commonly used type or use with three
phase machines/loads. This basically consist of 3 single phase
units of 1/3rd capacity each connected in STAR, as per IS 9815
in this type. The output voltage on all three phase are equal
even if the input voltage and the loads connected on the Three
Phase are entirely different (unbalanced). This uses motorsalong
with 3 variacs and 3 sotid state control circuits. |

Balanced Type 3 Phase Stabilizer |
|
This employs a single control circuit. The
three various are mechanically coupled and driven by a single
motor. Sensing is done in one phase and other two phase get
corrected correspondingly. This is suitable for use with equal
(Balance). Supply on 3 phases and balanced load. Some unbalance
in load can be tolerated but at a loss of accuracy in output
voltage. |

Upper and Lower Voltage Limit Indicator for

- When the input voltage goes above the
specified input range, a red light glows. In case the input
voltage goes below a green light glows. |

- Over Load / Short Circuit Trip:

- Provided as standard feature by means of MCB in lower
capacity for higher capacity this feature can be provided on
request.

- Single Phasing Protection: Protection against single
phasing or reverse phasing can be provided in 3 phase
stabilizers. |

- High / Low Voltage Frequency trip: |
|
- Automatic high and or low voltage cut off protection in
case mains fluctuations go beyond the range of the stabilizer or
failure of control circuit. This can be with or without time
delay circuit facility stabilizer also can be made to trip when
frequency goes beyond limit. |
